WELCOME to the 2008 / 09 hockey season!

Your coaches upto Christmas will be Poady (Clare Poad) and Gemma Cliffe. Stretch (Claire Worden) has unfortunately had an accident which will prevent her from coaching for a while.

Hockey coaching has been delivered to several schools in South East Cornwall, with support from Awards for All funding, Cornwall Sports Partnership and Plymouth Hockey Development Group.

Primary Schools in the area have been supplied with equipment and there have been coaching sessions delivered by professional hockey coaches.

In the spring term this will be delivered to schools in the Callington area.

Any schools keen to participate should contact Ruth Mitchell at the Sports Partnership, or contact the club via the contact page on this site.

Any junior players who would like financial support for buying hockey equipment, membership or travel costs are encouraged to apply for a grant - please see the links page on this site for more information. If you would like help with your application please contact the club via this website. The club cannot make applications for this on your behalf but we can advise you on how to increase your chance of a successful application

Hockey Development News

We are looking forward to delivering our dynamic and fun training sessions on our pitch by our enthusiastic coaches as soon as possible. We will get the first training date out to all the schools as soon as we get the go ahead from Lux Park.

Caradon Hockey Club is looking forward to driving their junior development and creating an environment that encourages competitiveness, sportsmanship and fun.
